High-end retailer Perlora has brought modern home furnishings to Pittsburgh for over 20 years. I worked with the company to help update their branding and promotion materials, and assisted in developing new ways to streamline their growing business.A Refreshed Identity Celebrating two decades of successful growth, Perlora sought to refresh their Brand Identity for their two brick and mortar locations. We moved from kraft-paper tags to a clean, white cardstock that helped them to connect better to their ideal customer base. Better Information for a Better Sales Staff We developed an Interactive Vendor Guide that allowed sales staff to access important information quickly and confidently. Staff members at both stores gained easy access to warranty information, points of contact, and pricing guides for hundreds of vendors.
